Mr. Maloney's Announcement's
A few quick and important announcements.
1. We have school today and tomorrow and the students are off on Wednesday for Thanksgiving break.
2. From CAIHS we wish you a happy and healthy Thanksgiving break!!!!!
Student of the Month
Congratulations to Esmeralda Mancera-Castro our Student of the Month. Please see some what the staff is saying about Esmeralda.
Ms. Bird wrote, Esmeralda Mancera-Castro is a superstar in reading foundations! She comes to class every day eager to learn! She participates in class lessons and is always asking what she can do to improve her reading. She works well with her reading partner and gives meaningful feedback!
Ms. Town voted for Esmeralda Mancera-Castro. I have her for English SELS. She always works diligently and is respectful to her peers and teachers.
Employee of the Month
Congratulations to MR. D'Angelo for the Employee of the Month.
I (Ms. Perry) nominate Mr. D'Angelo for staff of the month. He goes above and beyond for his students. His lessons are engaging and students love being in his class. He builds great relationships with his students and many come back to see him that had him previously.
I (Mr. Sterious) would like to nominate Jim D'Angelo for faculty member of the month.
Jim is the very definition of hard working who wants the best for everyone no matter what.
He is willing to go above and beyond for students and staff.
He meets with students at all hours of the day.
He will work with students no matter what!
Jim will give you the shirt off of his back, probably because he has 5 more ironed and pressed ready to go.
He is always prepared and always shows up for work. (except for 1 day during the PD, he took family time.)
If you have a question or just want to talk, he is there to listen. He is a good listener. That's hard to come by in this day and age.
He truly loves math also. He loves talking about math. But, again, who doesn't love math

About Our Cause
Please join us in making a difference! We are raising money to benefit our music programs and any purchase you make will help make an impact. Examples of CPMC’s support to the music programs include—payment of instructor salaries, instrument and equipment purchases and repairs, purchasing props, music, truck rentals, food to feed the students at competitions, competition fees, cleaning uniforms, maintenance of “Big Red” the trailer that transports all of the band equipment, Drum Major Camp scholarships, and our CPMC Scholarship given to a graduating student planning to major in music in college. We want to give our students an opportunity to do these extracurricular activities like Marching Band, Indoor Guard, Indoor Drumline, Meistersingers and Orchestra without worry if we can. In a financial climate where school boards are cutting music programs across the country it is essential that we continue our hard work to ensure that the Red Raider Marching Band, Steel Spirit of Coatesville, Steel Thunder Drumline, Orchestra and Meistersingers can continue their award-winning traditions. In closing we would like to express that these are just a few of the things we have been able to do, and all the money raised goes to the students in some way, shape, or form. Thank you so very much from all of us involved, for your time and donation, it means so much to our group. http://cpmc.fpfundraising.com/
